Kan Xuan is a visual artist known for her experimental video works, considered one of China's most important female video artists. In this video, she starts from personal experience, in a film that captures her dashing body through subway tunnels shouting her own name: “Kan Xuan, Ai!” It is a simple video, which connects us with the speed of movement and with dissonances expressed in the first person. “It is about trying to become closer to and trying to follow, in every moment, my wish to exist in that distance between 'thinking' and 'feeling''.
